Thank you NAIS for neutering my rabbits. I was told by the pet shop they were 2 girls, but I actually had a boy and a girl. NAIS gave me invaluable advice and neutered them both swiftly. I was given thorough aftercare and they both recovered well from their operations. Thank you for your service, you made this affordable for people on a low income like myself.

I had my dog neutered through NAIS a few weeks ago. I am pleased with the efficient, friendly and proffessional service they offered. Bess, my dog, was picked up, taken for her operation and brought home to me later that day. She recovered well and received a follow up visit by the NAIS volunteer to check all was ok. When I couldn't afford to pay full price to have my ferrets neutered, someone suggested NAIS. I checked out their website and read lots of good testimonials and now my boys have been done, I have to say they are all true! The volunteer who picked them up was lovely and my boys came home perfectly happy and well. I'd definately recommend NAIS to anyone. It might be affordable but the service is still 100%!

NAIS are a lot cheaper than a private vet. They are also very good collecting and bringing your pet back home and lending pet carriers which has also been very helpful to me. I am also very grateful for letting me pay in monthly instalments as i have had a lot of ferrets spayed and neutered. I would recommend NAIS to anyone.

I would like to say a big THANKYOU to all of the Neutering Team for the excellent service they provided to my 6 month old Boxer Dog Diesel. The total procedure was arranged by the team, from collecting and returning him, to a follow up appointment at our home....we even got him micro-chipped at the same time he was neutered. After a couple of days feeling sorry for himself Diesel was back to his mischievous ways. The whole experience was very positive and I would highly recommend other pet owners to use this service, and once again a MASSIVE THANKS TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED!! Diesel and the Melia Family.x

Thank you so much to the neutering team for the fantastic care they gave my 3yr old Border Terrier Oppo. He was picked up and dropped home after his op, unfortunately he had a bit of a problem afterwards but the teams after care exceeded itself, even the poor volunteer driver came out at night with pain killers and antibiotics, and Kate also came to check days after. All i can say is Thank you team, i couldnt have managed without you. Now Oppo is all back to his normal excited bouncy self. THANK YOU

Sefton NAIS is a fantastic service. I don't know how they do it for the price that is charged. My dog Alfie was picked up at 8-30am and brought back at 6pm with lots of advice and instructions to care for him. They also came back to check everything was ok a few days later. I am on tax credits and wouldn't have been able to afford the cost my vet was charging. I would highly recommend NAIS. Thank you so much.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Neutering Animals In Sefton. My dog Fredo was picked up, taken for his operation and was brought home in the evening, happier than ever. I was given full information and my mind was put at rest by the friendliness of the staff. Fredo was checked on a few days later, and is perfectly fine. I heard about NAIS through a friend. I am on benefits and couldn't afford the full price my vet asked for. I found NAIS very helpful and was pleased with the service they provided me with. My dog Jasper was picked up and dropped off at my house, which was also convenient as I don't drive. I was also able to afford the price they charged for neutering him.

I got my rabbits neutered last week through NAIS. I emailed them for information about neutering and within a week they were done! This was such an efficient service! My rabbits were collected from my house, taken to the vets and returned to me by tea time. They gave me thorough advice about the care I needed to give them following the operation and came to check on them a few days later. I am very impressed with the service I received, I felt the volunteers at NAIS were caring and helpful and I would use them again to neuter any other pets I may have in the future!

At first I was reluctant to get my dog neutered, but after speaking to Neutering Animals In Sefton my confidence grew and with their help and advice I realised I was doing the best thing for my dog. The service they provided was excellent, even picking my dog up from the house on the day of his operation, then dropping him off home again after it was done. Everything was done with the minimum of fuss and everybody was friendly so I felt my dog was in good hands and really being cared for which was extremely important to me. All in all this service deserves a big thank you and I am very happy they were there to help me. Thank you.

I got my 2 year old dog Billy neutered and microchipped last wednesday after talking about the benefits of getting him done, and as the cost of getting him neutered at NAIS was so much cheaper, it was an easy option to follow. He got picked up from my home on time and taken to the vets in a safe and secure way, when at the vets he had the operation and came out fine. He then got dropped off at my home where I was given aftercare procedures and advice on how to keep an eye on his stiches and the area around his operation. I did worry about how Billy would cope with ''the change'' but was told his personality wouldnt be effected from the neutering, and after a few hours he was happily playing around with his toys and barking at the odd cat, still the same old Billy. I did notice that he hasnt urinated as of yet in the house as he used to mark certian spots on the walls. He has also gained confidence approaching men as he used to cower and shy away when men came over to stroke him. I am very very pleased with how NAIS dealt with Billy, they treated him as if he was their own, and it should be said that they treat no dog as a statistic but do genuinely care about the dogs health and well being!! thank you very much for looking after my boy!! Thank you! Our Handsome Golden Retriever Jake was neutered last week by NAIS. What a fantastic service, picked up and dropped off in the same day with the minimum of fuss. Although feeling a bit sorry for himself, with the after care discussed Jake was back to his old self by the 3 day return house visit to check wounds and on Jake himself. An excellent service which I hope will continue to help other people who could otherewise not have afforded to have this neutering service done. My 2 dogs were neutered by NAIS last week. I was quoted an unaffordable amount of money by my vet to neuter both of my dogs. I am on a low income and obviously needed my 2 dogs neutering, but couldn't afford the amount asked of me. A friend told me about this new organisation she had heard of which offered affordable neutering. The service was brilliant. Both dogs were collected from my house in the morning and returned home that afternoon. Their wounds were neat and tidy and the aftercare advice from NAIS was very thorough, they even came to check the dogs 3 days later to make sure they were ok. I can't thank NAIS enough for helping me and the dogs out!

We took our very "lively" dog along to be micro chipped in Bootle were we were told about NAIS.They contacted us within a week and within a few days we had an appointment.We cant thank NAIS enough for their friendly and expert advice and they were totally professional.We didn't need to take time off work because they were so punctual.The after care was faultless.We would recomend this service to other animal lovers.Thanks again we now have one happy and still "lively" dog.

I took my dog along to the microchipping event on 12/06/2010 in Bootle. I spoke to them about neutering which is something I hadn't thought of before. I was thinking about letting my dog Sadie have a litter of pups, but after hearing how many unwanted animals are in rescues I felt I didn't want to add to the problem. Within a week Sadie had been neutered. She was absolutely fine following the operation, no problems at all. I must say I was very impressed by the efficient yet caring service NAIS provide. I felt Sadie was in the best of hands and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I took my dog along to a microchipping event that NAIS had organised. They spoke to me about neutering him, which is something I hadn't thought about before. He's a big strong cross staffy that was quite hyperactive and liked to mount everything and everyone! I agreed to get him neutered and NAIS arranged this for the following week. I was very impressed with how effiecient this service is. More importantly Tyson is now much easier to handle! He's still exactly the same dog, same lovable personality, but seems much more content in himself (no more mounting!). Thanks NAIS!

Tilly is my first dog and like my baby! I didn't want to breed from her as I know how many dogs need homes already so neutering her made sense. I was worried because you don't like to think of your little girl having an operation. But after hearing about all the health benefits I knew I had to have her neutered. I couldn't bear the thought of her getting a serious womb infection later in life or mammary cancer and knowing that I could have prevented that. The service NAIS provided was brilliant. They picked her up, dropped her off and were so helpful. I'm on a low income and was worried I couldn't afford neutering at my own vet but NAIS was about a quarter of what my vet asked for! I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

I just want to say what a great service this is. I was a bit worried about getting my dog neutered as my last male dog wasn't done. But as he is temperamental with other dogs I was advised it may help. I don't drive so struggle getting to and from the vets, but NAIS door to door service was wonderful! I was also very concerned about the cost, but I need not have worried. It was totally affordable and the staff gave really good advice, were friendly and cared for my dog like he was their own. He was soon back home and was absolutely fine. He has also calmed down a lot when meeting other dogs on walks! I can't thank you enough!
